The Control System Designer is responsible for completing tasks as assigned by his/her supervisor and the project manager responsible for associated projects. This includes, engineering a complete set of control drawings, including equipment layout details, wiring details and sequences of operations for projects. These drawings will be used by field personnel to install, wire and program the Building Automation System (BAS) that controls and monitors a commercial building’s HVAC equipment. Also, this person should maintain open communications, deliver top quality workmanship, develop customer relationships, and completing tasks/projects timely. The Control System Designer will receive support from the General Manager, Project Manager, Sales and other office personnel.

These tasks include: programming, start-up, troubleshooting, commissioning and servicing of Building Automation Systems (BAS) controlling and monitoring commercial building HVAC equipment. This person should also maintain open communications, deliver top quality workmanship, develop customer relationships, and complete tasks/projects timely. The Control System Technician will receive support from the General Manager, Project Manager and other office personnel.
