WebCTRL® is a web-based building automation system that can be accessed from anywhere in the world through any popular web-browser (including Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari) without the need for special software on the workstation. Through the web-browser, you can access all building management functions such as:
- adjust setpoints and other control parameters
- set and change schedules
- graphically trend important building conditions
- view and acknowledge alarms
- run preconfigured and custom reports on energy usage, occupant overrides, tenant billing, and much more.
WebCTRL supports major communications protocols including BACnet®, LonWorks®, MODBUS and SNMP. With its ability to run on Java2-compliant server platforms such as Windows®, Linux and Sun™ Solaris™, WebCTRL can operate with many JDBC-compliant databases including Access, SQL and Oracle®. And since it supports XML/SOAP, WebCTRL can easily share data with enterprise or third-party software to accomplish a wide range of tasks.
Dynamic color floor plans provide an immediate understanding of conditions in your building. Graphics can be customized for your specific information needs.
Sophisticated and interactive mechanical graphics provide the end-user with a quick understanding of the system operation and status. All graphics are customized for each individual application.
Monitoring and storing your energy usage data helps you to manage your utility consumption. This information can be utilized to automatically adjust the control of your mechanical equipment.
Automated Logic’s Eikon Logicbuilder® provides a graphical interface to the control programs within the system. This object-oriented approach simplifies and documents your system sequences.
Hierarchical and Group Scheduling – supports customized, graphically displayed schedules for building, floors, zones or equipment groups to flexibly manage energy use.
Alarm conditions are graphically represented and sorted by source, type and criticality.
